SPLMhood Watch System (SWS)
I want to inform you that I am intending to encourage every SPLM office or chapter to do local and civilian system that can fight prejudice, crime, terrorism, campaign any other entities, promote and defend CPA and it's implementation. Base on experience I faced last year and few years before, I detected ways that may help prevent any other incident that may happen to anyone else or SPLM/A forces as seen in Malakal incident.
This way which I call it SPLMhood Watch System is a system that stimulates civilian to detect and protect the overall peace in the neighborhoods and countries. It is being used in the USA and UK and other countries to fight crime, drug lords and other community's trouble makers. It is walking perfectly fine and being embraced by many countries.
SPLMhood Watch System should be a selected voluntary prejudice prevention group in the country with unlimited members.It seeks an active partnership with the governments, the community and other partner agencies, working towards the same aim:To reduce prejudice, terrorism and disorder, the fear of assassination or character assassination, improving quality of life, making SPLM communities safer to live anywhere around the glob.SPLMhood Watch groups assist to achieve this aim by: Sharing information about local prejudice, terrorism and crime against SPLMReporting suspicious incidentsTaking prejudice prevention measures to protect their jobs, homes and possessionsTackling local issuesLooking after their members’ freedom, population, suspicious sneaks especially when they are unaware.Through working closely with the SPLM HQs, SPLMhood Watch schemes can cut prejudice, crime and the opportunities for unexpected combatsAssist in the detection and apprehension of criminals "paid terrorists, paid lobbies and Militias" through members providing information to the GovernmentReassure members of the SPLMEncourage closer communities and tribesSPLMhood Watch scheme will give SPLM members the confidence and power to work with the local authorities to tackle local issues, CPA agendas and generate a sense of one spirit.
How to get involved with SPLMhood Watch System
If you are interested in setting up a SPLMhood Watch scheme in your area, please follow these simple steps.
Talk to your neighbors to gauge the level of interest in your area. Although there isn’t a minimum limit on the number of members required to start up a scheme, it is important that there is enough interest in the area to keep the scheme active (most schemes consist of no more than twenty)
Contact your local SPLMhood Watch Liaison Officer who is already been made available from SPLM office to give advices. Arrange a meeting inviting those who would like to be involved with the scheme (the SPLMhood Watch Liaison Officer, or a GoSS representative, should also be present at this initial meeting) – depending on the number of attendees this meeting could take place in your home, a local hall or even at your local restaurant
A Co-ordinator will need to be elected to act as the link between the SPLM/GoSS and members of the scheme. In order for the scheme to be successful it is important that the Co-ordinator is motivated and enthusiastic and, although it needn’t be an onerous role, this individual must be prepared to volunteer enough of his/her time to ensure that the scheme is properly organized and relevant information is shared amongst the scheme members.
Meet Co-ordinator, the SPLMhood Watch mascot to apprehend the enemy
Co-ordinator, always believed to be the first watch mascot and should be a person that to the job delicately and with high degree of intelligent'. A person that could encourage both adults and younger members of the community to do the job. To do the project of a person that is targeting peace of any SPLMhood, simply;Projects and information is cascaded down to a local level through the members of this group, providing a link between communities and the SPLM/GoSS, and a means of getting feedback about what is happening ‘on the ground’ in different parts of the community, county, state..etc Then expose any activity that in anyways does not agree with the laws or the CPA system. In the case of delinquencies, people have to hire others for costume and apprehend the targeted person. Here are some important steps:
Share information and locate source of their power and manage to make it a public funds if possible.
Target their creditability and distinguish it. Prevent them from sharing in community resource and funds i.e getting employed by SPLM and SPLM affiliates.
Target their general resource and the source of their momentum.
Help develop their week side on daily bases i.e drinking, smoking habits so that they are more week and dependent.
That would eventually lead to be the participants dependent and help apprehend them.
Help to paranoid them in all aspects of life have them confused even on themselves i.e never believe what ever they say (if the said I am a black man say no you are no, you are a brown man)
Encourage others to not believe them no matter what.
Finally, be friendly to them by entering their lives through encouraging what ever they love most i.e If they love to be poplar, then bring people to them and at the same time you know what you are up to. Develop a good relationship so that you know where to target. Never ever let them lead any direction what so ever. Be the leader
It is a time for every one in the field to making preperation for what is being used around the glob.
